Belkin is continuing its push into gaming accessories with a pair of new products built specifically for the already-released Nintendo Switch 2. The company today announced both a new charging grip and a travel bag designed to make portable gaming a bit more practical for folks constantly carrying the console around.
The launch follows Belkin’s earlier Charging Case Pro debut back in January, showing the company is serious about expanding beyond phone chargers and cables into gaming gear. While Belkin may not be the first brand gamers think of for console accessories, it is leaning heavily into its experience with batteries, power delivery, and travel accessories.
The standout product here is the Gaming Charging Grip for Nintendo Switch 2. Rather than simply acting as a plastic shell with handles, the accessory includes a removable magnetic 10K power bank capable of up to 30W charging through an integrated USB-C cable. Belkin says the battery can recharge the console up to 1.5 times.
The grip itself looks designed to address one of the more common complaints about handheld gaming sessions… comfort. Nintendo’s Joy-Cons are versatile, but they are not exactly ergonomic during long sessions. Belkin’s solution adds larger non-slip grips while still allowing players to remove the Joy-Cons without taking the entire accessory off the console.
Interestingly, the company also made sure the grip remains compatible with the Nintendo Switch 2 kickstand and dock. That sounds obvious, but accessory makers sometimes overlook little usability details like that. There is also a built-in digital battery display so players can quickly check remaining power without guessing.
Belkin says the Charging Grip housing uses a minimum of 72 percent post-consumer recycled materials, excluding the cable.

The second product announced today is the Gaming Travel Bag for Nintendo Switch 2. Rather than a traditional hard-shell case, Belkin went with a softer cross-body bag design that looks more like an everyday sling bag than dedicated gaming luggage.
The bag includes storage for the Nintendo Switch 2, a Pro Controller, accessories, and up to 10 game cards. There is also a hidden compartment for smart trackers, which honestly feels like a smart addition considering how easy it is to leave bags behind while traveling.
Belkin also designed the bag to work alongside its Charging Grip accessory, allowing gamers to carry the console while still attached to the larger battery grip. The detachable strap can be removed and tucked away into its own pocket when not needed.
One thing I appreciate about this launch is that Belkin is not trying to reinvent gaming accessories with weird gimmicks or questionable AI features. These are pretty straightforward products solving actual problems, such as battery life, comfort, and portability. That said, $99.99 for the Charging Grip does feel a bit pricey, especially once you remember the console itself is already expensive and many gamers likely own existing power banks.
The accessories are available starting today through Amazon. The Gaming Charging Grip for Nintendo Switch 2 comes in Black, Lilac, and Olive for $99.99, while the Gaming Travel Bag for Nintendo Switch 2 comes in the same colors for $49.99.
