German audio company beyerdynamic has revealed its latest wireless on-ear headphones, the AVENTHO 100, combining a 1970s inspired design with modern audio features like active noise cancellation and Bluetooth 5.4. But there’s a catch. It is not coming to the United States. At least not yet.
Instead, the stylish new cans are launching today in Europe for €199, with a Canadian rollout slated for later this month at $299.99 CAD via Amazon.ca and other retail partners.

Available in black, cream, and brown, the AVENTHO 100 pays tribute to vintage audio gear while packing modern features like Qualcomm cVc for clearer calls, multipoint Bluetooth pairing, and up to 60 hours of battery life (or 40 with ANC on). Fast charging is also impressive. Just 15 minutes plugged in delivers 15 hours of playtime.
Beyerdynamic says the headphones are powered by a 45mm driver developed in Germany, promising balanced sound with deep bass and detailed highs. The AVENTHO 100 also includes a 3.5mm AUX cable, USB C charging, and a soft carrying pouch.

Beyond the hardware, the headphones work with the beyerdynamic app for firmware updates, ANC tuning, and sound personalization tools. There is also support for Google Fast Pair for seamless Android connection.
Andreas Rapp, CEO of beyerdynamic, called the AVENTHO 100 a blend of “craftsmanship, comfort, and cutting edge sound,” highlighting its mix of retro looks and new gen features. The headphones recently won a Red Dot Design Award, adding some extra flair to their debut.

While US customers are out of luck for now, Canadian readers and global headphone enthusiasts might want to take notice. Whether you are commuting, working remotely, or just relaxing at home, the AVENTHO 100 looks like it was built to keep up.
If you are in Canada, you will be able to grab it later this month on Amazon.ca. US fans will just have to wait or consider importing.
