Cloudflare brings its connectivity cloud to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to boost AI and multicloud performance

Cloudflare is expanding its reach into enterprise infrastructure by integrating its connectivity cloud platform directly with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The move means that customers can now access Cloudflare’s suite of networking, security, and performance tools natively within Oracle’s ecosystem, potentially simplifying how businesses secure and accelerate workloads across multiple clouds.

Forrester Research recently reported that nearly three-quarters of enterprise decision-makers are pursuing multicloud strategies. But juggling different cloud environments often leads to complex, error-prone configurations. Add the surge of AI workloads, and the need for a unified, secure, and high-performance platform becomes even more pressing. Cloudflare’s integration with Oracle aims to fix that.

Tom Evans, Cloudflare’s Chief Partner Officer, said organizations must consider how AI expands attack surfaces. He emphasized that this integration allows businesses “to run their workloads on a unified platform with security and speed at the forefront.”

Oracle’s David Hicks added that the partnership will give customers confidence to “protect cloud and AI workloads while enhancing resilience and performance” across hybrid environments.

Cloudflare operates one of the most interconnected networks on the planet, providing protection and speed for governments, enterprises, and startups alike. With this integration, Oracle and Cloudflare customers can now combine Oracle’s scalable compute capabilities with Cloudflare’s networking and security edge to enhance how applications and AI inference workloads perform globally.

Businesses can accelerate applications, reinforce AI security with DDoS and bot protection, build secure hybrid architectures, and maintain compliance using Cloudflare’s globally distributed infrastructure. In short, this collaboration strengthens both performance and peace of mind in the growing multicloud world.
