Google has rolled out something new for Windows users, and it is tucked inside Labs as an experiment. The idea is simple: make finding things faster without breaking your flow.
Instead of bouncing between windows, you can press Alt + Space and instantly search across local files, installed apps, Google Drive, and the web. It is all right there without the usual interruptions.
Google even built in Lens. That means you can grab anything on your screen, whether it is an image, a line of text, or even a homework problem, and get translations or answers right away.
If you want more, there is an AI Mode. It gives deeper responses, lets you ask follow-up questions, and points you toward helpful links.
Anyone curious can try it out by opting into the experiment through Labs.
