CHERRY is expanding its hardware lineup with the launch of the CHERRY XTRFY MX 10.1. This full-size, low-profile, wireless keyboard is designed for both hardcore gamers and serious typists.
The MX 10.1 Wireless supports triple connectivity: 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth for up to three devices, and wired USB-C. Gamers chasing ultra-fast response times can push the polling rate to 4000 Hz wirelessly or 8000 Hz when wired, meaning inputs are reported up to eight times every millisecond. That kind of responsiveness could prove decisive in esports environments where every fraction of a second matters.

CHERRY’s own MX Low Profile 2.0 switches are at the heart of this board. The switches are pre-lubed for smoother acoustics and are rated for more than 100 million keystrokes. Paired with durable PBT keycaps and a rigid aluminum body, the board is clearly built for long-term use. Despite its slim profile, the MX 10.1 retains a full 100 percent layout, offering number pad access and dedicated function keys that some low-profile boards omit.
One particularly neat feature is the integrated LCD panel paired with a rotary knob. Users can adjust RGB lighting, playback, and even monitor typing speed or battery life directly from the keyboard without relying on software. Three custom profiles can also be saved and switched on the fly.
Battery life varies depending on the connection mode. When using Bluetooth, the MX 10.1 Wireless can last up to 900 hours on a charge. Over 2.4 GHz at 4000 Hz, it is closer to 50 hours, especially with RGB lighting enabled. A 4000 mAh battery powers everything, which is much larger than what many competing keyboards pack.
The CHERRY XTRFY MX 10.1 Wireless is available now at Amazon for $249.99 here.
