Corsair has launched a tiny new AI computer called “AI Workstation 300.” This small form factor machine is designed for developers, engineers, and creators who need to run serious AI and creative workloads locally without relying on the cloud or dedicated GPUs.
At the heart of the system is AMD’s new Ryzen AI Max platform. Buyers can choose between the Max+ 395 or the slightly lower-spec Max 385. Both feature AMD’s latest XDNA 2 NPU architecture, but the 395 delivers up to 50 TOPS of AI acceleration on-device. That makes this box capable of handling massive local inference jobs with no cloud connection or external GPU required.
It comes with up to 128GB of unified LPDDR5X-8000MT/s memory, and up to 96GB of that can be dynamically assigned as VRAM. That unified memory setup feeds the onboard Radeon 8060S GPU, though buyers can also opt for the 8050S variant if they don’t need as much performance. In both cases, you’re looking at serious GPU-class compute power without needing a bulky card.

Storage starts with a 1TB NVMe SSD, but users can bump that up to dual 2TB drives if they need extra room for datasets, media projects, or multiple operating systems.
The whole thing is powered by a 350W Flex ATX PSU and cooled using an air setup for both the CPU and GPU. Despite all that, it fits in a 4.4-liter chassis and weighs just 7kg. You can toss it on a desk, shelf, or even take it on the go if you really need to.
Ports are generous. Up front you get two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB 4.0 Type-C port, a combo headphone/mic jack, and an SD Card 4.0 slot. Around back, there are two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen Type-A, and another USB 4.0 Type-C port. For networking, you get 2.5G Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.2.
Corsair is targeting this at users who want local control over their workflows. The included AI software suite helps users get started fast, and the chip-to-cloud security framework is a plus for anyone handling sensitive data. Windows 11 Home comes preinstalled, and Corsair backs it all with a two-year warranty.
Whether you’re an AI researcher, a video editor, or someone just sick of paying cloud fees, this little box is worth a look. It’s compact, powerful, and ready to handle serious tasks out of the gate. You can buy one now from Corsair directly starting at $1,599.99.
