If you live with pets, you already know how quickly a home can start to feel less than fresh. Between fur, dander, and lingering odors, it is an ongoing battle. Levoit is looking to make that easier with its new Vital Pet Pro air purifier, a model built specifically for pet households.
The company says the Vital Pet Pro can remove up to 70 percent of pet odors within an hour, helping bring a room back to a fresher state pretty quickly. That focus on odor control is a big part of the appeal here, especially for folks dealing with multiple pets or smaller living spaces.
At its core, the purifier uses a three-stage filtration system. A pre-filter captures larger debris like pet hair, a main filter handles finer particles, and a high-efficiency activated carbon filter works to reduce odors. Levoit says the carbon filter includes 140 grams of activated carbon, giving it plenty of capacity to deal with persistent smells.
One of the more practical features is the built-in Auto-Clean Technology. Instead of requiring constant manual upkeep, the system automatically removes hair and debris from the pre-filter and collects it in a removable tray. For busy households, that kind of hands-off maintenance could make a noticeable difference.
The Vital Pet Pro also leans into smart functionality. It can detect PM2.5 particles and VOCs, then automatically adjust fan speed to keep air quality in check. Through the VeSync app, users can monitor air conditions in real time, control the device remotely, set schedules, and track filter life without much effort.
Noise levels are kept low as well, with Sleep Mode operating as quietly as 21dB. That makes it a good fit for bedrooms or shared spaces where you do not want a constant hum in the background. The U-shaped air inlet is designed to pull in nearby pet hair and airborne particles more effectively, while a display lock and reinforced cable help prevent pets from interfering with the device.
Levoit is also supporting animal welfare with this launch. A portion of proceeds from select purchases will go toward helping shelter animals through its partnership with Best Friends Animal Society, adding a bit of purpose beyond just improving indoor air.
