MAINGEAR Rush Crimson Desert Limited Edition PC arrives with RX 9070 XT and Ryzen 9 9850X3D, but only 30 exist

Well, folks, there is limited edition, and then there is this.

MAINGEAR is going all-in on scarcity with its new Rush Crimson Desert Limited Edition PC, a boutique gaming desktop tied directly to the launch of Pearl Abyss’ upcoming open-world title. Only 30 of these machines will ever be made. Once they are gone, that is the end of the story.

That kind of exclusivity is going to be the main selling point here, but MAINGEAR did not cheap out on the hardware. This is a serious gaming rig, built around AMD’s Ryzen 9 9850X3D, which continues to dominate gaming workloads thanks to its cache-heavy design. Pair that with a Radeon RX 9070 XT, specifically a Sapphire Nitro Plus version styled for Crimson Desert, and you have a system that should chew through modern games without much effort.

And yes, Crimson Desert itself is clearly part of the pitch. The game has been building buzz for a while, and MAINGEAR is trying to capitalize on that momentum with a system that looks like it belongs in that world. The RUSH chassis features custom artwork inspired by the game, which gives it more personality than your typical black box. Whether that matters to you probably depends on how excited you are for the game itself.

Beyond the CPU and GPU, the rest of the specs are what you would expect at this price. You get 64GB of DDR5 memory running at 6000MT per second, which is more than most gamers need today, but it does future-proof things a bit. Storage is handled by a 2TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD, which should be plenty fast for game loads and general use.

Cooling is handled by a 360mm AIO, with additional RGB fans pulling air into the case. In other words, it should run cool and look flashy doing it. The system is powered by an 850W PSU and includes Wi-Fi 7, which is nice to see even if most people will still rely on wired networking for gaming.

One thing MAINGEAR always emphasizes is its build process. Each unit is assembled by a single technician and then stress-tested before shipping. That is standard messaging for boutique builders, but it still helps justify the premium, at least a little.

And speaking of premium, the price is $4499.

That is a lot of money, no matter how you slice it. You could absolutely build a similar system yourself for less. But that is not really who this is for. This PC is aimed at collectors, enthusiasts, and fans of Crimson Desert who want something unique sitting on their desk.

MAINGEAR is even including a Crimson Desert Deluxe Edition game code in the box, which is a nice bonus, but let’s be honest, nobody is spending this kind of cash for a bundled game.

The real question is whether the limited run actually matters to you. If owning one of only 30 units sounds appealing, this is going to be hard to ignore. If you just want raw performance, you have other options that make more financial sense.

Either way, MAINGEAR knows exactly what it is doing here. This is less about value, and more about desire.
