Aurzen has officially launched the D1R Cube, the first smart projector to feature Roku TV built in. This marks Roku’s debut in the projector space, with Aurzen providing the hardware and Roku delivering the software platform that powers it.
The projector is designed for flexibility, working indoors or outdoors with auto focus and auto keystone correction to simplify setup. A single Roku remote controls everything, and screen sizes can range from 40 inches up to 150 inches.

“Projectors have always promised a big-screen experience, but they often lacked the simplicity and smart connectivity that today’s viewers expect,” said Tom McFarland, vice president of Roku TV. “The Aurzen Roku TV Smart Projector changes that by combining Roku’s operating system with easy setup and access to thousands of movies, shows, and live channels.”
Because it runs Roku OS, the D1R Cube delivers the same experience people know from Roku TVs and streaming players. The home screen is customizable, The Roku Channel offers free content, and apps from all the major services are available. The projector also works with Roku wireless speakers and soundbars, supports Bluetooth private listening, and even integrates with Roku’s smart home products.
Apple AirPlay is built in, making it easy for iPhone and iPad owners to share music, photos, or videos. On the hardware side, the D1R Cube offers 330 ANSI lumens of brightness at 1080p resolution, dual 5W speakers, WiFi (2.4 and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, HDMI, USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Aurzen Roku TV Smart Projector D1R Cube is available now on Amazon. It normally retails for $249.99, but a clickable coupon drops the price to a more reasonable $179.99.
