Surfshark is introducing a new feature called FastTrack, designed to give its VPN users much faster connection speeds when linking to Sydney, Seattle, and Vancouver. According to Surfshark, the boost can reach up to 70 percent.
Unlike traditional VPNs that send traffic through a single tunnel, Surfshark’s FastTrack uses its Nexus infrastructure to route traffic through a wider network of servers. This approach helps optimize the path your data takes, leading to lower latency and better performance overall. It works a bit like a traffic app that doesn’t just show you the shortest route, but the one that will actually get you there fastest based on current conditions.
