Clampton is developed by Brian Thomas Fagioli. This policy explains how information is handled when you play Clampton, use its optional Apple services, or contact us for help.
Playing Clampton
Clampton does not require an app account. The game does not include advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Your settings and game progress are stored on your device. Progress includes completed stages, checkpoints, collectibles, unlocked abilities, and best results. Control preferences and audio settings stay on that device.
iCloud progress
When iCloud is available for Clampton, the game uses Apple’s iCloud key-value storage to synchronize your game progress between devices using the same iCloud account. You can play without iCloud; progress will remain saved locally.
The game keeps a local identifier for the current iCloud account so that it can pause synchronization and ask for confirmation if the account changes. This identifier is not sent to us. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your iCloud game saves.
Game Center
Game Center is optional. When you are signed in, Clampton can report achievements and leaderboard scores to Apple. The game keeps your Game Center player identifier and reporting status locally to associate progress with the correct account. Apple controls your Game Center profile and how scores, achievements, and your player name are displayed to others. You can manage Game Center in your device’s settings.
Purchases
Apple handles the Full Adventure purchase and restoration through the App Store. Clampton checks Apple’s verified transaction information to determine whether the adventure is unlocked. We do not receive your payment card details or operate our own payment server. Apple may provide the developer with sales and financial reports under its App Store services.
Apple services and diagnostics
iCloud, Game Center, the App Store, and device diagnostics are governed by Apple’s privacy policies and your Apple Account and device settings. Apple may process information necessary to provide those services. If you choose to share app analytics or diagnostic information with Apple and developers, Apple may make reports available to us. Clampton does not add its own analytics or crash-reporting service.
Contacting us
If you email Brian@nerds.xyz, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request and address the issue you report. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of correspondence, subject to those obligations.
Your choices and retention
Game progress remains on your device and, when enabled, in your iCloud storage until you reset or remove it. Clampton’s Reset Progress option resets campaign progress on the current device and devices using that iCloud save. It does not reset Game Center achievements or leaderboard records, remove the Full Adventure purchase, or reset control and audio preferences. Removing the app alone does not necessarily remove an iCloud save, Apple’s records, or support correspondence.
You can manage iCloud, Game Center, purchases, and diagnostic sharing through Apple’s settings and services. We cannot delete Apple Account records or Game Center records on your behalf.
Children
Clampton does not ask players, including children, to provide personal information to play. It has no in-game advertising or chat. Purchases are managed by Apple and may be subject to parental controls and Ask to Buy. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support request, contact us so we can address it.
